Landmarc Realty is continuing to search for individuals seeking to enter commercial real estate sales. In addition to Florida State requirements, we have the following requirements to join our training program.

1. You must have savings to sustain you for a minimum of six months.
2. You must like people and have an outgoing personality.

3. You must be ethical, hard working and dedicated to a career in real estate.

If you meet these criteria then you may be eligible to enter our training program. We will not permit you to undertake any professional activities until you have completed the program, unless you can display to us that you already have this essential knowledge from prior real estate experience. We are not looking to fill desks, instead, we are looking to create greatness.

Landmarc Realty sales associates enjoy the highest commission schedule available in the industry. We offer a fully computerized environment where each sales associate has immediate access to a computer. We maintain our own computer department and design and improve our own systems on an ongoing basis.

As a commercial hard equity lender, Landmarc Lending is always seeking qualified, licensed mortgage brokers looking to further their careers.  We provide a professional environment in which to work.
