We are often asked:
Why is Landmarc
spelled with a "c"?
The
"c"
signifies change, doing things better, while
adhering to the moral standards that have carried the family tradition
through generations of real estate professionals.
The creative spelling of Landmarc was conceived by
fourth generation real estate professionals, brothers Spencer and
Jarrett Kass. The Kass brothers developed a corporate name and
identity that was emblematic of the three basic principles their company
is based upon:
Foundations of the past
Knowledge of the present
Vision of the future
Taking into account these principles, the name Landmarc
Realty was born. Spencer and Jarrett continue to deliver
unparalleled knowledge, expertise and performance to their clients while
maintaining the high moral and ethical standards that have been passed
down through the generations.
They welcome you to
"c" the difference.
