Jarrett Kass

Jarrett Kass is an accomplished commercial real estate executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in property investment, construction, management, and development across Florida and New York. As President and Owner, Jarrett leads strategic initiatives that drive asset growth, operational efficiency, and community collaboration.

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.

Jarrett is a Licensed General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida. He is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors, the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors (as a Member Broker), and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In addition to his leadership in real estate, Jarrett owned and operated a major window and door replacement company in the Tampa Bay area for over twelve years, achieving more than $100 million in sales and installations. He is also the current owner of Landmarc Realty, a firm specializing in real estate development, management, and investment.

Jarrett is deeply involved in his community, serving as Vice Chairman of the Land Use and Transportation Committee in West Tampa and as the THAN Representative for the Stoney Point Civic Association.



Spencer Kass

Spencer Kass is a seasoned business executive, attorney, and community leader with a strong track record in both entrepreneurship and commercial real estate. He brings a unique combination of legal expertise, operational leadership, and civic engagement to every project he undertakes.

Spencer earned his B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, with a minor in Computer Science and his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Washington, D.C., and is a member of the Florida Bar Association.

Before entering the real estate industry, Spencer owned and operated a major window and door replacement company in Tampa Bay for 12 years, where he led the business to more than $100 million in sales and installations. This entrepreneurial success laid the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate, where he now focuses on property management, tenant relations, and strategic investment opportunities.

Beyond his business and legal career, Spencer is actively involved in the Tampa Bay community. He served as President of the Virginia Park Neighborhood Association, represented the organization through the Tampa Homeowners Association of Neighborhoods (THAN), and contributed as a member of the Hillsborough County Citizens Advisory Committee. Known as a fixture at Tampa City Council Meetings, he advocates for responsible growth, community development, and local issues that impact residents.

Dedicated to sharing his knowledge and insight, Spencer was also a real estate development blogger for Creative Loafing, where he provided thoughtful commentary on real estate trends, growth patterns, and development issues in the Tampa Bay area.
